Reduce stress and foster relationships living TMT (Too Much Technology) Free

Have you ever been out to dinner engaged in an important conversation and had your friend, family member or partner put you on hold while they answer their cell phone and talk for a few minutes, leaving you out of the conversation? Connecting with the people in our lives – our friends, family, and our special someone – is vital to our health and wellbeing. Being kind and generous with our undivided attention can go a long way. Some tips to live TMT (Too Much Technology) Free:  Talk to those in your life about technology abuse and set up some ground rules, silence or turn off your phone before you get to the dinner table, let a part of your day and weekend be a “time off” from electronics so you can appreciate a part of each day where electronics won’t interfere with your relaxation or bonding activities.
