Holiday Stress And How To Overcome It

We can all agree that these days life is a little crazy, especially with the holidays upon us. There is so much to do between running errands, planning for whatever you have in store, and not to mention the social aspect. Stress has a way of overwhelming you as the days get busier. During this holiday season, stress will definitely take its toll and here are some ways we can handle it.
Our nervous system is greatly affected by our everyday lifestyle. From what we experience, to how we feel and how we take care of ourselves, our nervous system responds in either good or not so favorable ways. Unfortunately, and what a lot of people don't realize is, how we choose to handle and deal with stress directly affects how we look on the outside. Here's a few tips that can get you through the holiday season even if you feel that you don't have enough time.
1. Get enough sleep!
A lack of sleep can usually show up on your face... dark under-eye circles, grayish looking/dry skin and acne. Try using a Hyloronic acid to keep your skin plump and moisturized. A good eye cream or gel is great to de-puff under eye bags.
2. Wake up a few minutes early and meditate:
Breath! Take some time to think about the day ahead, remember what you are grateful for and remember to book that massage! The more we slow down and breath and treat ourselves, the better we will perform and the better day we will have :)
3. Schedule a facial:
Even if you don't think you have enough time, a facial can help you feel rejuvenated and fresh for any socializing you do. It will help to clear up any acne and dry skin that may be forming because of stress and the change of weather.
4. Eat right and take your vitamins!
When you're feeling worn out and tired, the reason might be because you're  not giving yourself the fuel it needs. Come to CURE and get some IV drips which will hydrate and energize you! And again don't forget to BREATH!
Your nervous system and body will thank you!
