Consume your daily vitamins from real food

While supplements are a way to reach the recommended daily amount of vitamins needed for a healthy body, the best way for you to get the vitamins and nutrients you need is to eat them from a diet comprised of fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meats, and foods rich in unsaturated fats (avocado, seeds, fish, flaxseed, olive oil). Whenever possible, avoid processed foods and white sugar. Look for foods that are Non-GMO project verified and certified organic.
