Avocados for brain health
Did you know avocados not only taste delicious, but they’re also good for your brain? The monounsaturated fat (omega-3 fatty acid) contributes to healthy blood flow and lowering blood pressure, both contributing to brain health. Because avocados are high in calories, however, a good rule of thumb is to add only a quarter to half of an avocado to one daily meal.
